Robin was great from the start! I truly did not have to worry about anything when selling. She handled everything start to finish, I knew I could trust her opinions and decisions. As an immigrant in the US, it’s not easy to buy a house. Because of Robin’s help , we got approval to buy our first home in Mansfield. And then , we bought a second home and we sold it in September 2025 . When we move to Cleveland, she referred us into a good hand and then we got pre- approved. When we’re going to sell our first home, we will definitely work with her . She’s beautiful inside and out and , emphasizes her work and treats everyone with love and kindness . We love her home made variety cookies. They are so creative and delicious. We are forever thankful for everything she has done for us . I’ll definitely recommend her to my friends and family. Because of Robin’s knowledge of the market, great communication with the lender, and the best service she offered, we could buy our first home in Mansfield. The loan we requested from Chase was denied in last minute before the closing and we were so desperate. Because of her encouragement and her referral to Mechanic bank , we closed successfully on our first home. And she helped us when we bought the second home and helped us again when we sold the second home . Moreover , when we want to buy a home in Cleveland, she introduced us to a great realtor and we get pre- approval to buy a house in Cleveland. Robin ‘s knowledge and experiences are phenomenal and professional. I’ll definitely get help from her when we are going to sell our first home soon . Robin had been helping me find the right place for the past two years. She was even more professional than my experience the last time I purchased a home years ago. As a disabled veteran, it meant a lot to see really showed how much she was looking out, when she helped bring to my attention defects I wasn't aware of and that were likely going to be more work than I could handle at the moment. It really showed how much she cared about her clients. In the end Robin helped me find the right house where my 10 year old son and I can have a new start on life and make awesome memories together.

Robin was amazing and very patient. She worked hard and never gave up on me. If I had struggles, I felt comfortable speaking to her about them. Robin went above and beyond to make my experience buying a home great! She was always available for questions and she learned what I was looking for in a home. She became equally invested in my wants and needs. 

Robin was great, we live in TX and she helped make the purchase really easy. She followed up and seemed she was available.

Robin represents her profession very well. When I didn't understand something she was patient and informative. If a person can't like Robin, then they hate all humans.

This house buying experience with Robin was such an enjoyable experience for a first time home owner. I was very nervous going into buying a house which I tried to do as much research as possible on finding that perfect home. Once getting connected with Robin it made everything about buying a house and what it entails very simple to understand. Through the entire experience Robin answered all of the questions I had perfectly with honesty and always was on it with very quick responses which made everything seamless. Thank you Robin for making this first time home buying experience something I will never forget!

Robin and Matt are very experienced, if you are serious about buying or selling a home they will get it done for you. Robin‘s always been a friend and always on top things. I could ask her anything and if she didn’t know it she knew somebody that would..I won’t work with anybody else.

We originally were looking in the Columbus area for my job and we had one realtor down there. Location was changed to better suite my family and I and we were actually contacted by Robin and then began looking in the Mansfield/Ontario/Lexington area. We were blown away by how fast she was compared to our other realtor in the Cbus area. She was very quick with getting with the seller's realtor and setting up showings. Robin then got to know our style and what type of house we were wanting/needing based off of houses we would send and vice versa. There were some houses that we looked at and Robin agreed with us that they weren't the ones for us. Overall we were very satisfied with how everything went with finding a house and working with us "first time home buyers." Thanks again Robin!
